PBS Marketing & Management Services Pte Ltd (PBS) was incorporated in January 1993 primarily to serve the needs of Singaporean in higher education by offering distance learning programmes, namely Leeds MBA and MA (Asia Pacific Studies). Since then, PBS has become synonymous with quality training, and expanded its profile to offer training programmes in complementary to its education business.

Distance Learning

PBS has strategic tie-ups with three of the UK’s top universities, The University of Leeds, The University of Manchester and The University of York in managing their distance-learning programmes in Singapore and in the recruitment of overseas students for their home-based courses.

From the US, PBS has a link with Pennsylvania State University to offer its well-developed online World-campus Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Arts course.

Training

PBS Marketing & Management Services Pte Ltd is a leading provider of CREST programmes, and made its mark as Singapore's first accredited provider to have all seven modules endorsed by The Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, beating to second place The British Council.

Since the official launch of CREST in 1998, PBS Marketing & Management Services Ptd Ltd has, to-date, helped to train more than 25,000 training places for CREST, covering skills at all three levels - managerial, supervisory and worker. We also trained Singapore's first batch of premier God Collar workers - the proud recipients of training in all seven modules - from our customers 3COM and GRP Ltd.

A recent project of ours, which marries organisation-wide training with organisation goals, involved Teledata Ltd. As CREST provider, we helped the company fulfil skills competence in three out of five required areas. This contributed to Teledata's success in attaining its People Developer award.

Beyond CREST training, our strength lies in putting together a strong team of trainers to deliver other popular programmes like Effective Business Writing, Effective Presentations and others.
