The Pennsylvania State World Campus on Site in Singapore

As part of its pan-Asian outreach, Penn State Distance Education programmes are now brought closer to home with the establishment of a World Campus site in Singapore.

The timing and set up of Penn State World Campus in Singapore coincides with the Government’s initiative of encouraging life-long learning, amongst Singaporeans. Your registration with World Campus is the first step to opening doors of opportunity for life-long education and career advancement, whether you are pursuing a Certificate programme in a field of interest, an undergraduate degree or a master’s degree. The Certificate Programmes all carry academic credits awarded by Penn State and are recognised worldwide. For non-degree holders who are keen on pursuing a first degree, the Baccalaureate Degree Programme in Letters, Arts and Sciences from the College of Liberal Arts is being offered online at the World Campus. The degree programme places great emphasis on developing organisation communication and leadership.
