CREST Courseware Development and Design

The CREST courseware is developed and designed by Raytheon Training in collaboration with SATURN Consulting Services, and delivered by certified trainers of DOOR Training Singapore.

CREST Course Designer: SATURN Consulting Services

SATURN Consulting Services (SCS) is the training and consultancy unit of the SATURN Corporation, a General-Motors subsidiary and the makers of SATURN, a line of US-made cars that has made its mark for customer satisfaction on par with luxuries like the Lexus and the Infiniti.

In line with the CREST development guide set forth by the PSB, the courseware and course facilitation designed for CREST by SATURN have an added advantage in that the methods and processes are proven to work in empowering people with positive attitude and skills change. SATURN-style training also engages participants with much of its real-life experiences honed from SATURN's cutting-edge approach in manufacturing excellence based on a combination of people, technology and processes, an approach which which can be transferred and applied to other industries as well.
